我的好朋友家里都有寵物，小明家里養(yǎng)著博美犬，小美家里則有波斯貓，我羨慕不已，于是苦苦央求媽媽也給我買一個(gè)小動(dòng)物，這天媽媽終于同意了。第二天放學(xué)回家，我驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn)餐桌上有一個(gè)小小的玻璃缸，仔細(xì)一瞧，里面有一條條橙色的'身影在游動(dòng)。哇！它們一身橙色，好像身披彩霞，奶白色的肚皮，頭頂著兩只鼓著的大眼睛，頑皮地吐著泡泡，原來是金魚！我迫不及待地想為我的“寵物”做些什么。于是，我立刻去挑了一大塊米飯放入水中，金魚們立刻趕了過來，吃得正歡。我自言自語道：“金魚呀，金魚呀，多吃一點(diǎn)兒，快快長(zhǎng)大！”媽媽看到了，驚呼到；“你在干什么！這樣魚要被你弄死的！”她把米飯撈起來�！拔揖褪窍胱屗鼈兛禳c(diǎn)長(zhǎng)大�！蔽也唤狻寢寭u搖頭走了。
My good friends have pets at home. Xiaoming has a Pomeranian dog and Xiaomei has a Persian cat. I envy it so much that I begged my mother to buy me a small animal. That day, my mother finally agreed. When I came home from school the next day, I was surprised to find a small glass jar on the dining table. After a careful look, there were orange figures swimming in it. WOW! They are orange, as if they are covered with rosy clouds, milky white belly, two big bulging eyes on their heads, spitting out bubbles playfully, so they are goldfish! I cant wait to do something for my pet. So, I immediately picked out a large piece of rice and put it into the water. The goldfish came to eat happily. I said to myself, "goldfish, goldfish, eat more and grow up quickly!" Mother saw it and exclaimed, "what are you doing! Youre going to kill the fish! " She fished up the rice. "I just want them to grow up faster." I dont understand. Mother shook her head and left.
沒想到，晚餐時(shí)媽媽給我端來三碗飯，她十分認(rèn)真地對(duì)我說：“統(tǒng)統(tǒng)吃掉，這樣你馬上就長(zhǎng)得和我一樣高了�！蔽殷@訝萬分，立即回答：“這怎么可能？我會(huì)撐得生病的。“說罷，我才想到，原來媽媽是用現(xiàn)實(shí)生活來啟發(fā)我，任何事情都不能超越自然規(guī)律。我只顧心急，忘了小魚們是一下消化不了這么多食物的。
Unexpectedly, my mother brought me three bowls of rice for dinner. She said to me very seriously, "eat them all, and you will grow as tall as me in a minute."
