I raise my head and look at the full moon, I bow my head and think of my home.” Lunar calendar August 15th every year, is China's traditional Mid Autumn Festival, this time is the mid autumn, so it is called the Mid Autumn Festival, it and the Dragon Boat Festival, the Spring Festival, the Tomb Sweeping Day are known as China's four major traditional festivals.

　　On Mid-Autumn day, the moon was especially bright, mellow, is regarded as a symbol of family reunion. Hence, it is also known as the "festival of reunion". Eating moon cakes in the Mid Autumn Festival, such as eating dumplings in the Dragon Boat Festival and eating lanterns in the Lantern Festival, are China's traditional folk food custom. In addition to eating moon cakes, there are many other customs, their form is not the same, but they are all entrusted with people's infinite love for life and the yearning for a better life.

　　“床前明月光, 疑是地上霜。舉頭望明月, 低頭思故鄉(xiāng)”。每年農(nóng)歷八月十五日，是我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的中秋佳節(jié)，這時(shí)是一年秋季的中期，所以被稱為中秋，與端午節(jié)、春節(jié)、清明節(jié)并稱為中國(guó)四大傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。

　　中秋節(jié)這一天的月亮格外晶亮、圓潤(rùn)，被人們看成是合家團(tuán)圓的象征，因此，又被人們叫做“團(tuán)圓節(jié)”。中秋吃月餅，和端午節(jié)吃粽子、元宵節(jié)吃元宵一樣，是我國(guó)民間的傳統(tǒng)食俗。除了吃月餅，還有其它許多習(xí)俗，它們的形式不一樣，但都寄托著人們對(duì)生活無(wú)限的熱愛(ài)和對(duì)美好生活的向往。

　　The Mid-Autumn Festival The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival， everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.

　　On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner， people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.

　　At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.

　　中秋節(jié)是中國(guó)一個(gè)很重要的.節(jié)日，在八月十五號(hào)。在節(jié)日來(lái)臨的前幾天，家庭中的每一個(gè)人都幫著打掃房子，把房子裝扮得漂漂亮亮的，燈籠掛在屋前。

　　晚上有一頓美餐，離家在外工作的人也要回來(lái)團(tuán)圓。晚飯后，人們點(diǎn)亮燈籠，一般是紅色的圓燈籠。孩子們會(huì)高高興興地玩他們的玩具燈籠。

　　晚上月亮又圓又大，人們?cè)谫p月的同時(shí)吃著中秋節(jié)特別的食品——月餅。人們?cè)谝黄鸹仡欉^(guò)去，展望未來(lái)。據(jù)說(shuō)天上有一條龍，它要把月亮吞下去。為了保護(hù)月亮，孩子們要弄出很大的響動(dòng)把龍嚇跑。
