my father always stands in the center of my life， from past till now and possibly in the future.
my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.
but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

Stepping into the new century environment pollution has become more serious than ever since. There are different kinds of pollution. Such as water pollution air pollution and noise pollution and so on. It seems that we live on a planet which is full of pollution. where all these pollution comes from? To a large extend the environmental destruction is the heavy price that we pay for the rapid development of economy and the growing population. In order to have more fuel people cut down trees and dig more corals. But the growing needs for energy are hardly to meet. Countless private cars on the street the gas stations are short of gasoline even the government has raise the price so many times in order to control the needs of gasoline but it’s still not working. Overusing the natural resources has already affected the ecological balance. However the factories still release the toxic air into the sky and the polluted water into the rivers. People still lack of the conscious of protecting the environment. I think it’s time for all of us to do something.
The government should put forward some more strict laws to prevent the environment from being further polluted. And they should let people know more about the importance of environment protection. And we should find the balance between the economic growth and environmental protection. Plant more trees in the deserts and stop cutting down the forest. Forbid the factories to pour the waste water into the rivers directly. Encourage people to use public transportations to work. Both government and ordinary people should join hands together to make our home clean and fresh again. Only in this way our earth could be a better place to live in.

At first, you must understand the meaning of climate change. It means any long-term significant change in the average weather, which may include average temperature, precipitation, wind patterns and so on. For example, Australia is experiencing rapid climate change. Since the middle of the twentieth century, Australian temperatures have risen by about average one temperature degree with an increase in the frequency of heat waves and a decrease in the numbers of frosts and cold days. Rainfall patterns have also changed, which means that the northwest has seen an increase in rainfall over the last fifty years while much of eastern Australia and the far southwest have experienced a decline. From this example, it indicates climate change that is occurring today has sped up, and affects long-term weather. The Earth’s climate is largely affected by how much heat is stored in the atmosphere. Furthermore, the climate change is caused by dynamic process on Earth, external forces including variations in sunlight intensity, and more recently by human activities.
The most important reason of climate change is caused by humans, because humans produce a lot of carbon dioxide into the air. This carbon dioxide emits from fossil fuel, aerosols, cement manufacture, land use, animal agriculture and deforestation. For example, trees can take in carbon dioxide to produce oxygen by photosynthesis. If people cut many trees for making furniture, paper, or sell wood to make money, there is much more carbon dioxide in the air. Beginning with the industrial revolution in the nineteenth century and accelerating ever since, the human consumption of fossil fuels has raised carbon dioxide levels rapidly. It means that carbon dioxide levels are substantially higher now than before. On the other hand, during the procedure of manufacturing cement, which is used in buildings, significantly more carbon dioxide is produced. While people improve their living standard, they cause climate change. When people burn coal, oil, and gas for our electricity, carbon dioxide is produced. When people burn fossil fuel to move vehicles, carbon dioxide is also produced. These sorts of examples indicate that humans are the real culprit. They do not consider the consequence, while they enjoy producing every thing they want.
It is not just man-made pollution of the atmosphere which can cause climate change. Changes in the amount of carbon dioxide in the air have occurred naturally during the history of the Earth, leading to climate changes. When a volcano erupts, it releases huge amounts of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere. However, volcano eruptions cannot effect climate change. The main reason is that before the volcano erupts, it would release huge amount of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide for a very long time. This pollution injected into the air blocks out a lot of sunlight. Therefore, it can cause the Earth to cool over fewer years. For example, in April 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatoba, where is in the Philippine islands, emitted huge amounts of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide into the air. The movement of the Earth’s axis also affects climate change; it moves a little more than a half-degree each century. Other processes can change the Earth’s climate over millions of years. When not only continents move around the world, but also mountains ranges are built, the changing patterns of landmasses affect the way the heat in the atmosphere and in the oceans is stored. In addition, changes in the way ocean water circulates around the world can affect the climate, because the oceans store even more heat than the atmosphere. Once ocean currents change direction, slow down, or reverse, it has a significant impact on climate.
Climate change is mainly caused by carbon dioxide. This can be separated to two important parts: natural causes, and human causes. After we realise what the two important factors of climate change are, and what the climate change is, we could try to think of a more effective solution to solve the climate change problem to make a higher quality environment.

首先，感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心和幫助，感謝李平英、賴(lài)玲、龔麗三位備課組長(zhǎng)的支持，感謝初中英語(yǔ)組全體姐妹的凝心聚力。正是有了以上這些條件和基石，教研組工作才得以順利地開(kāi)展和推進(jìn)。我們本學(xué)期的工作大致可以歸納為以下幾個(gè)板塊。
一、積極參與完成各級(jí)各類(lèi)的工作任務(wù)。
中美學(xué)校交流活動(dòng)，市優(yōu)秀論文、課件比賽，高新區(qū)九年級(jí)英語(yǔ)復(fù)習(xí)研討會(huì)、八年級(jí)教學(xué)研討會(huì)，高新區(qū)英語(yǔ)微格課比賽等，組內(nèi)老師積極參與，圓滿(mǎn)完成任務(wù)并取得良好效果。每當(dāng)有類(lèi)似活動(dòng)的時(shí)候，老師們都會(huì)主動(dòng)地調(diào)課，盡量參加。八年級(jí)的教學(xué)研討會(huì)，七年級(jí)的老師也主動(dòng)去。微格課比賽，劉獻(xiàn)慧老師參賽，陪賽的老師們?cè)缭绲氐竭_(dá)，占據(jù)最佳位置，錄像、做筆記等。特別值得一提的是劉學(xué)真老師。她是我們組的“大姐”，是自貢市骨干教師，并已是高級(jí)職稱(chēng)，但她非常謙虛，對(duì)待工作仍然非常積極、主動(dòng)，這讓我備受鼓舞。
二、備課組同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)
本學(xué)期，教研組公開(kāi)課開(kāi)課率達(dá)到100%。除張澤輝老師產(chǎn)假以外，其余老師全部參與公開(kāi)課。以往的公開(kāi)課都是老師們自己選內(nèi)容來(lái)上，往往都會(huì)選自己擅長(zhǎng)的，好上的部分。而且每個(gè)老師的內(nèi)容不一樣，相處幾年，大家都熟悉了，似乎都對(duì)這種方式疲憊了。而本學(xué)期，開(kāi)學(xué)之初，張主任要求教研組先自己上報(bào)公開(kāi)課教師名單，我的第一反應(yīng)是全體老師都上。但怎么上？如果亂七八糟，不成系統(tǒng)，大家也不會(huì)那么地重視，上了可能意義不大。想到之前參加了幾次市級(jí)初中英語(yǔ)同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)，感觸頗深。所以就想嘗試一下。九年級(jí)針對(duì)中考復(fù)習(xí)專(zhuān)題，八年級(jí)針對(duì)閱讀課專(zhuān)題，七年級(jí)針對(duì)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課專(zhuān)題開(kāi)展了備課組的同課異構(gòu)。備課組的老師集中在一個(gè)半天，上同一個(gè)內(nèi)容，大家一下就重視起來(lái)了。最開(kāi)頭我還有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心有的`老師不接受，但事實(shí)證明我多慮了。我把這個(gè)想法和決定告訴老師們的時(shí)候，大家都很支持。特別是七年級(jí)和八年級(jí)，效果特別好。老師們從教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、課件制作、課堂組織都精心設(shè)計(jì)、打磨，有的老師提前把課件拿出來(lái)跟別的年級(jí)的老師討論，有的老師在教案上寫(xiě)下了自己要說(shuō)的每一句話(huà)，每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的時(shí)間，完全就像對(duì)待市區(qū)級(jí)公開(kāi)課那樣。聽(tīng)課的老師也更認(rèn)真了。聽(tīng)完課，大家都是馬上提出意見(jiàn)和建議。這次的同課異構(gòu)，讓我眼前一亮。我自己學(xué)到了很多，也見(jiàn)證了老師們的進(jìn)步和成長(zhǎng)，看到了學(xué)生的變化。
三、兩校區(qū)攜手課題研究
課題研究一直是我們教研組的短板。目前為止，五年的時(shí)間，關(guān)于英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)方面的課題，我們組只有兩個(gè)市級(jí)微型課題（分獲二等獎(jiǎng)和三等獎(jiǎng)）。一直想做課題，也知道課題研究和教育教學(xué)其實(shí)是互相促進(jìn)的關(guān)系，是非常有利于教育教學(xué)的開(kāi)展的，但苦于自身水平的限制，一直沒(méi)有清晰的思路。開(kāi)學(xué)后不久的一天下午，我在辦公室，鼓起勇氣聯(lián)系了教科所初中英語(yǔ)教研員劉老師，想向她尋求幫助和指導(dǎo)。沒(méi)想到卻意外爭(zhēng)取到了一個(gè)省級(jí)子課題的機(jī)會(huì)。這讓我十分欣喜。最終，在劉老師的指導(dǎo)下，我們和本部初中英語(yǔ)教研組一起開(kāi)展了這個(gè)課題。從課題的具體選題、申報(bào)、確立、分工到開(kāi)題報(bào)告的撰寫(xiě)，我們兩校區(qū)教研組一起開(kāi)會(huì)5次，大家都是摸著石頭過(guò)河，查資料，網(wǎng)上培訓(xùn)，共享資源。每次開(kāi)會(huì)前我的腦子都是蒙的，但開(kāi)完會(huì)似乎一下就清醒了，思路就清晰了。看起來(lái)大家都不懂課題，但聚在一起過(guò)后，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題總能一個(gè)一個(gè)地解決。我想，不管這個(gè)子課題對(duì)于我們的職稱(chēng)有沒(méi)有意義，有多大意義，至少，我們爭(zhēng)取到了一個(gè)非常好的學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。相信通過(guò)這個(gè)課題，我們會(huì)在課題研究方面收獲更多，對(duì)于以后其他課題的開(kāi)展也非常有指導(dǎo)意義，同時(shí)，兩校區(qū)老師們的凝聚力會(huì)更強(qiáng)。
以上就是本學(xué)期我們教研組的工作情況匯報(bào)。普普通通卻實(shí)實(shí)在在。工作中也還有許多不足，老師們（包括我）仍有許多困惑。我覺(jué)得最大的困惑就是感覺(jué)時(shí)間不夠，疲憊。其實(shí)本學(xué)期還有一些事情想做而沒(méi)有做成。所以，如何更高效的解決教育教學(xué)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題，讓老師們解放出來(lái)，多點(diǎn)時(shí)間搞教研，以教研促教學(xué)，或者更好地把教學(xué)和教研融合起來(lái)，這將是我們下一步努力的方向。我們不知道實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)要多久，但我們會(huì)一直努力前行。當(dāng)然，我們也期望繼續(xù)得到各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同仁的指導(dǎo)和幫助。我的匯報(bào)到此結(jié)束，謝謝大家！

My definition of success
Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing times success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I amstanding here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and days, in the modern society there are many peoplewho are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success.
We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life! Wish you all good success!

htmlAs we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, tons of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us.
Life isn’t about keeping score. Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.
But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise.
The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers; we buy more but enjoy them less. We’ve learnt how to make a living but not a life, we’ve added years to life, but not life to years. And it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life.
And these choices are what life is about.
