　　第一，很多學(xué)生睡覺玩、上課玩，這樣連覺也睡不好，課也聽不上。第二，有些學(xué)生用來和女孩子聊天，有什么意圖？這么早就想摘禁果了？第三，有的用來做惡作劇，比如在課堂上放些奇怪的聲音；在宿舍午晚睡放些嚇人的聲音等等。第四，長時間盯著手機屏幕對眼睛不好，會增加近視機率；如果夠幸運還可能會誘發(fā)青光眼。第五，手機還對人體有輻射，會造成失眠&&經(jīng)常長時間貼著耳朵打電話，有可能會造成永久性耳聾。

　　在當(dāng)今這個科技飛速發(fā)展的時代，手機的強大功能，給我們的生活帶來了巨大的便利，我們控制著手機，同時也正被手機控制著，不信大家不妨回想一下，如果你出門不帶手機，是不是總覺的心里部踏實，如果你手機沒有信號，是不是急的像熱鍋上的螞蟻一樣，如果你隔一點時間沒有看手機是不是覺的心里很不踏實。低頭玩手機，是“低頭族”最常見的代表動作，無論是路上，公交車上，食堂里，課堂上處處都能看到低著頭神情專注地玩著手機的背影。低頭玩手機是很普遍的現(xiàn)象，很少有人意識到沉迷于方寸間的危害。

　　跌入十五六米的深坑，不幸身亡。小小的'手機卻像惡魔一樣奪走了一個鮮活的生命，實在可悲啊。

　　據(jù)統(tǒng)計手機控平均每6.5分鐘就要看一次手機，如果按每天人清醒時間為16個小時來算，那么這些人一天大約要看150次手機，那么你還留下多少時間看你的親人，你的朋友，你的師長呢。在這個物欲橫流的世界，物質(zhì)的誘惑越來越多，我們這些凡夫俗子難免會對物質(zhì)的東西所迷戀，然而凡事都要有個度，當(dāng)你握緊手機的時候，請不要忘記握緊你親人的手，你愛的人的手。當(dāng)你低頭關(guān)心手機的時候，請不要忘記抬頭看看這美好的世界，因為在這個世界當(dāng)中，有很多美好的東西值得你去關(guān)心，值得你去體驗。手機可以玩，但不要被它控制。感受這真實的世界，才能有真實的樂趣，這才是真正的人生。

　　來危害。 手機，想必大家的知道。手機給人們的生活帶來了便捷，但是，任何事物都有利有弊，手機給人們帶來的危害甚至超過了吸煙。 當(dāng)人們使用手機時，手機會向發(fā)射基站傳送無線電波，而無線電波或多或少地會被人體吸收，這些電波就是手機輻射。

　　一般來說，手機待機時輻射較小，通話時輻射大一些，而在手機號碼已經(jīng)撥出而尚未接通時，輻射最大，輻射量是待機時的3倍左右。這些輻射有可能改變?nèi)梭w組織，對人體健康造成不利影響。 而且，據(jù)《東方日報》報道，德國一項研究首次發(fā)現(xiàn)，手提電話可能會導(dǎo)致眼癌，因為研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)，常用手提電話的人患上眼癌的機會比其他人多出三倍，這項研究結(jié)果倘獲進(jìn)一步證實，勢必會導(dǎo)致大量索賠訴訟。

　　由手提電話釋放出的輻射，長久以來都被指會暫時改變腦細(xì)胞的.功能，卻一直無證據(jù)顯示這些輻射會長遠(yuǎn)地危害人類的健康。

　　To exemplify what success means to me, I pose a question to all of you. What brings us together here today? I believe that it is the beauty of the spoken word. The effect of pause and the sound of rhetoric are unique to the spoken word. I believe the beauty of the spoken word is even stronger for those who have difficulty in expressing themselves. These people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them. I once went to Australia and I saw two pictures, Once was drawn by a normal child, the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions. The picture drawn by the normal child was simple and plain. The other was lifelike, full of details and imagination. What this shows is that these are ideas, emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these children.

　　My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children. These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find themselves and be able to express themselves.

　　I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are many obstacles on the way. But I believe in my ideals and I will stick to themeven in the face of adversity. We should never have a premature abortion of idealslet the child, let our ideals, stand the challenge. For a life without ideals is not living.
