因 委托我行對(duì)其資信狀況出具證明書(shū)，經(jīng)確認(rèn)具體情況如 下： 在我行立有結(jié)算帳戶。自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止 在我行辦理的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù) 逾期(墊款)和欠息記錄，資金結(jié)算方面 不良記錄，執(zhí)行結(jié)算紀(jì)律情況 。
證明人聲明：
1、我行只向本證明書(shū)所指期限內(nèi)，被證明人在我行償還貸款及利息、資金結(jié)算和執(zhí)行結(jié)算紀(jì)律情況的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。我行對(duì)本證明書(shū)所指明日期期間，之前或之后上述情況所任何變化不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
2、本證明書(shū)只用于前款特定內(nèi)容，不得轉(zhuǎn)讓?zhuān)坏米鳛閾?dān)保、融資等其它事項(xiàng)的證明。
3、本證明書(shū)為正本，只限送往證明接受人，涂改、復(fù)印無(wú)效。我行對(duì)被證明人、證明書(shū)接受人運(yùn)用本資信證明產(chǎn)生的后果，不承擔(dān)任何法律責(zé)任。
4、本證明書(shū)經(jīng)我行負(fù)責(zé)人或授權(quán)代理人簽字并加蓋公章后方能生效。
5、本證明書(shū)的解釋權(quán)歸我行所有。
